How do I change information?
Once you place an order for YouTube distribution from the VHT Media Marketplace, the current information in MyVHT will be sent for distribution and overlay creation. If you wish to update any information after you purchase the YouTube product, you will need to repurchase a new YouTube Distribution. Please make sure the property information and your profile information is correct before purchasing. Please reference the information above to determine whether you will need a new distribution. (e.g. We do not send listing price information. If the price changes there is no need for a new video).

How do I find my listing?

Agent MLS/ID** Number and Property MLS numbers. **Your Agent MLS/ID is required to purchase this product. Please contact VHT to update your Agent MLS/ID.

How do I change information?
ChicagoTribune.com uses your Agent MLS/ID number to search and pull your current listings from the MLS. Please make sure your listing information and agent information is correct on the MLS.

How do I find my listing?
Navigate to the Real Estate Classifieds page on the ChicagoTribune.com website. There is an option in the search menu to enter in the listing MLS number. Enter the correct MLS into the search bar and click "Go".

Your Comcast Video will appear on Channel 888. Ads placed by Friday will run the following Friday. Ads will be displayed for one week from Friday to Friday.

What is the order process?
Once your order has been placed, we will create your print product and email a proof back to you. Make any necessary edits and send the proof back. Once you approve the proof you will receive your order in 3-4 business days.

What photographs will be used for print?
Photographs in positions 1-8. If additional prints are ordered
we will use the next photograph in sequential order.

How do I select which photographs will be used?
We will use the first 8 photographs for your prints If there is a photograph that is not in the top eight on your Viewer preference you will need to change the order in which your photographs appear to have the correct photographs printed. Click on the "Images" tab and select "Change Sort Order". If you only have 8 Photographs or added additional Prints to your order to cover the total number of Photographs in your order you do not need to change the sort order.

What is the order process?
In order to purchase a CD or DVD you must have ordered a VHT Video Tour or YourTOUR video product. We will put your VHT Video on a CD to be used on Windows Computers or a DVD that can be played on any standard DVD player.
